As we wish to maintain a unique and tranquil environment for all our patrons to enjoy, as well as making your stay with us as comfortable as possible, please take the time to read about our Spa etiquette, reservations, cancellations and many other useful items we would like to bring to your attention, thank you.

Our Spa is an environment designed for rest, relaxation and rejuvenation.To respect the quiet and privacy of others, we ask that you please switch off your mobile telephone, pager and any other electronic device while at the Spa.

As our Spa does not cater for children, please take the opportunity of leaving your youngsters with a babysitter at home during your time with us to assist in maintaining a harmonious and peaceful environment for all our patrons to enjoy.

The Spa is situated at number 10 Langmore Lane, Berwick, with parking facilities directly in front of the premises.

Our Spa is extremely popular so, to avoid disappointment, we recommend you book your treatments as soon as possible. Our Spa co-ordinators will be pleased to assist and guide you through our Spa Menu and advise you on treatment selection.

Clients are requested to arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment. Clients arriving later than their scheduled booking time may lose their full treatment time.

Comfortable, loose fitting clothing is advisable. Men are required to bring swimwear for all water treatments. Disposable underwear is given to all patrons, but you may bring own swimwear. Robes and towels are provided complimentary in our all Spa’s private sectors.

You will be provided with a robe and slippers on arrival and will be required to wear your robe in all communal areas. Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing. Our therapists will professionally drape you for privacy and modesty. However, you may prefer to wear undergarments and disposable undergarments are provided for certain treatments.

Please avoid bringing valuables with you to our Spa as jewellery will be removed prior to your treatments, however lockable lockers will be provided on arrival.

If you are pregnant, modifications may be required to your preferred treatment. Your Spa therapist will provide guidance. Please advise on making appointment.

Yes, certain Spa treatments may react with medications and medical treatments. If you have special health considerations, we would appreciate if you can provide detailed information when completing your pre-treatment arrival questionnaire. Your Spa therapists will discuss components of your treatment with you.

We recommend booking private facilities in advance to avoid disappointment. If you need to change your treatment time, our friendly staff can offer alternatives however, if a rescheduling or a cancellation cannot be avoided, our 24 hour policy at 50% charge applies.

Should you not arrive for your treatment our 100% charge applies. A 50% deposit is required for all appointments. Appointments cannot be guaranteed without a deposit.

You may choose to take advantage of our Spa Cuisine Menu by ordering before 10am.

You may like to treat a friend or someone special to a rejuvenation Spa Gift Certificate. Please contact us on 03 9707 4540 to make arrangements. A couples suite is also available on request.

Our Spa has been specifically designed to be environmentally friendly. All water utilised for our treatments is rainwater from our catchment areas. Afterwards, all of our water usage is recycled, stored and re-utilised for waste disposal and garden watering. We have been awarded a 5 star rating under government regulations.

Patrons and visitors are kindly asked to refrain from smoking in our Spa.
