AQUA THERAPY
Ancient philosophies and modern research both indicate that water therapy, either contained or vapourised, can prevent physical illness and eliminate mental stress. Spa minerals, stimulating massage and herbal elixirs combined with state-of-the-art aqua equipment will detoxify and tone while increasing your metabolic rate. Skin will most easily absorb healing properties during Aqua Therapy treatments when used in conjunction with body exfoliants. Massage and Aqua Therapy can also dramatically increase the physical and spiritual effectiveness of a treatment.

BODY COCOONS

A truly nurturing experience, your therapist will select the most appropriate body wrap from a superb range of therapeutic ingredients of the earth and sea. As you relax in the steamy warmth of our thermal capsule, you will receive a stress relieving scalp massage.

VICHY STEAM

Used in conjunction with a body exfoliate and Cocoon wrap of your choice, these Vichy Steam treatments are performed in a unique enclosed body capsule that incorporates steam and aromatherapy that effectively aids in elimination of cellulite, relieves insomnia and greatly improves the functioning of the body’s nervous, muscular and respiratory systems.

VICHY RAIN SHOWER

Beneath the multi-head shower, jets of water spray at varying pressures and temperatures, to target parts of the body, stimulating the body’s nervous, muscular and respiratory systems to de-stress, energise and tone.These treatments effectively aid in the elimination of cellulite, relieve insomnia and greatly enhance functioning of the body's nervous, muscular and respiratory systems.

The relaxing effects can be further enhanced if combined with a full body massage.

HYDROTHERAPY

Hydrotherapy tub treatments have a calming effect, while promoting physical wellness. Underwater jets massage from the soles of the feet to the base of the neck improving immunity, circulation, muscle tone & nerve functioning. Alleviating painful joints and muscles, this type of drainage is used to combat cellulite and other fatty tissue deposits. Therapeutic additives (mud, marine and botanical elixirs) are used as a bath to achieve outstanding results. After consultation with your Spa therapist, a personalised program will be selected.
