‘I enjoy working at RDC & Spa because of the quality we offer.
The quality of the Treatments, the immaculate look of our Spa, the service each therapist offers, the professionalism, the quality of the products we provide, but over all this, I enjoy working here for the atmosphere, the respect and love this team gives to each other.
I feel happy and important in the team and I specialise in Remedial massage and also in Endermologie™.
I mainly use the Pevonia massage oils Clarity, Serenity, Recovery to suit the appropriate treatment with the client. I also regularity use multi-active foot cream during Reflexology to soften dried cracked soles and and give them hydration which the feet need. In between Endermologie sessions l also recommend the Green Coffee wrap as it assists in elimination toxins, slim and firming the body skin and activate the fat dissolvation. I want my clients to leave with the feeling they have the best experience at our Spa, a professional approach, and feel like no other place can provide this type of treatment and quality’.

LYMPHATIC MASSAGE M.L.D. (Manual Lymphatic Drainage)

Developed in Europe in the 1930s by Dr Emil Vodder and his wife Estrid while working on the French Riviera,to encourage the natural circulation of lymph through the body. After discovering that most of their patients had swollen lymph nodes. The Vodders developed careful and specific hand movements within this massage technique to assist the body to alleviate pain, for stress relief, to assist in removal of metabolic wastes and excess water, to support and enhance the immune system, to assist in healing after surgical trauma thus being helpful for overall wellbeing.

LITHOS THERAPY™

The application of heated and chilled rocks combined with massage, stimulates circulation, alleviates stiffness, increases flexibility and can also reduce inflammation. The specific placement of either heated or chilled rocks on the neck, shoulders, back and arms, prepares the areas for deeper massage. By combining the rocks with massage, the effect of each massage stroke is magnified as the muscle tissue has been 'loosened' by the rocks. The chilled rock applications are ideal for soothing the skin after extractions or waxing.
