RESERVATIONS / CANCELLATIONS
We recommend booking private facilities in advance to avoid disappointment. A deposit of 50% of treatment cost is payable on reservation. If you need to change your treatment time, our friendly staff can offer alternatives however, if a rescheduling or a cancellation is unavoidable, we require 24 hours notice or the deposit cannot be refunded. Should you not arrive for your scheduled appointment, our 100% charge applies.

In preparation to attending our Day Spa, we encourage you to refer to our Spa Etiquette (link to section 1) which covers many of our most frequently asked questions about what to wear and what to bring etc. to assist in making your time with us as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.
